Nightshift RN Nurse Manager, ( Residential Treatment Center)

Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented RN leader with supervisory experience to join our innovative Medical Detox and Recovery Facility as Nursing Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, ensuring licensed staff provide quality care, reviewing documentation, monitoring medication and treatments, and maintaining compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.

Additional duties involve staff scheduling, in-service training, managing infection control, and participating in weekend and on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate has a Indiana RN license, 5+ years healthcare experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of state surveys and compliance. Experience in behavioral health or MAT is a plus.
