Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven RN with supervisory experience to join our dynamic Medical Detox and Recovery Facility as Nursing Manager.
Responsible for planning, directing, and ensuring compliance of the nursing department per regulations.
Perform administrative tasks, oversee nursing care, monitor medication and treatments, and ensure staff competency.
Provide direct care when needed and manage weekend/on-call coverage on rotating shifts.
Collaborate on staff scheduling, conduct training, and maintain facility compliance with accreditation standards.
Qualifications include Indiana RN licensure, 5+ years healthcare experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with behavioral health and MAT is a plus.
