Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to MedSurg and Trauma patients
• Monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments and medications
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols
• Educating patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
