Wayne County Nursing Home in Lyons, NY is hiring a full-time Supervising Nurse (RN) for leadership and clinical oversight.

Lead nursing care during your shift, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Oversee resident care, documentation, and care plan compliance.

Collaborate with medical teams and participate in quality initiatives.

Complete MDS assessments and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications include NYS RN license, 1-2 years in long-term or acute care, CPR/BLS, and leadership skills. RAC-CT certification and MDS experience are preferred.
