Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality mental health care to individuals and families.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Perform individual, group, or family therapy and participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Maintain clinical documentation, crisis intervention, and coordinate community resources.

Provide case management, discharge planning, and support continuation of care.

Assist in staff training and coordinate client activities.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, and relevant Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC).
