Job Description
We are seeking a licensed clinician to serve as the Director of the Therapeutic After School Program (TASP), a leadership role supporting youth in DMH services.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily operations, and implement evidence-based practices. Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to ensure comprehensive youth support. Participate in agency-wide leadership, training, and strategic initiatives to shape behavioral health services. Drive program success through data-driven outcomes and continuous improvement. Require a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, licensure, and 5+ years of clinical/managerial experience preferred.
