Job Description
The position oversees daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing leadership and coordination to ensure efficient operations and quality patient care.
Organizes and supervises patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth unit operations.
Provides coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to nursing staff, identifying training needs.
Maintains accurate documentation of staffing, operational, and administrative records, ensuring compliance with policies.
Supports respectful communication with patients and families, promoting dignity and rights of all patients.
Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS certification, with 5-7 years clinical and preferred leadership experience. This is a PRN, per diem position with no set schedule.
