* *Rainbow Road Therapies* is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, providing therapy for a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with young clients and their families to facilitate healing and growth.

Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide *coordinated care *to clients and perform the following:
* Document, prepare and complete a *Treatment Plan*.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of pediatric clients.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
* Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
* Offer support and guidance to parents and caregivers to enhance their understanding of their child’s mental health and facilitate positive family dynamics.
* Stay informed about current research and best practices in pediatric mental health to continuously improve clinical skills and interventions
* Be part of a multi-disciplinary *team*!
* *Ability to travel to Las Vegas, NM is encouraged (Travel is compensated) *

This position may include pediatrics and or adults as determined by employee interests and skills. Locations include our newest clinic in Santa Fe, NM and Las Vegas, NM!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Education:
* Master’s (Preferred)

License/Certification:

* 25% (Preferred)
