Job Description
Dartmouth Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Outpatient Stroke Program.
Provide follow-up care for stroke and cerebrovascular patients, including monitoring recovery, managing secondary prevention, and patient education. Work alongside stroke neurologists and a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and support patient quality of life. Order and interpret diagnostics, coordinate care, and document in the EMR.
