Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty rural health clinic in the scenic White Mountains. The provider will be supported 1:1 by a trained medical assistant or technician and work alongside an experienced APP and triage nurse.

  • Schedule: Four days/week, in person
  • Focus on compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care to maintain high quality and satisfaction scores
  • Clinic offers Family Practice, Pediatrics, Walk-In Care, in-house lab and radiology
