Job Description
This role ensures appropriate staffing on all Nursing Units and oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital during the absence of leadership.
Requirements include a graduate of a Registered Nursing program, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or actively pursuing it within 2 years. Candidates should have 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting and hold an RN license in the state or a compact license, along with BLS certification.
The work schedule is three 12-hour days per week, full-time, supporting hospital functions with a focus on maintaining quality patient care and effective unit management.
