Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families, focusing on behavioral health and community care. This role requires expertise in case management, group therapy, and applied behavior analysis, as well as a commitment to upholding HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical records.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide clinical counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues, including PTSD care.
* Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and healing among participants.
* Manage case files and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients in home community settings.
* Utilize coding practices for documentation and billing purposes related to behavioral health services.
* Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis to support clients’ therapeutic goals.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
* Experience in behavioral health settings preferred, with a strong understanding of case management principles.
* Proficiency in managing medical records and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Knowledge of PTSD care methodologies is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.35 – $47.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
