Job Description

We seek a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver high-quality clinical services to individuals and families, focusing on behavioral health and community care.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide counseling for mental health issues, including PTSD.

Facilitate group therapy sessions.

Manage case files and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care in community settings.

Use coding for documentation and billing.

Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis practices.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW license, experience preferred, knowledge of PTSD care, strong communication, team-oriented.
