Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality clinical services in behavioral health and community care.

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling for mental health issues, including PTSD.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to support peer healing.
  • Manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care in community settings.
  • Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis practices.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes.
