• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans following regulatory standards
• Assess treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document services thoroughly in electronic health records
