Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapeutic services for individuals facing mental health challenges, including developmental disabilities, addiction, and family issues.

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using ICD-9 coding and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic client care.
  • Engage in data collection to track progress and outcomes.
  • Provide addiction counseling and family support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
