Job Description

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, this role supports routine patient care and performs clerical and organizational tasks in a nursing unit.


  • Assists with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and ensures proper documentation.
  • Prepares patient rooms, transports stable patients, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Supports unit functions by managing supplies, running errands, and maintaining equipment.
  • Performs basic patient care tasks, reports changes in patient condition, and responds to emergencies.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and adapts care to meet individual patient needs.

    • Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, a CNA license, and BLS certification. The position is part-time, scheduled from 7AM to 7PM, and is per diem as needed.
