Job Description
This full-time, exempt social work position offers a volume-based production incentive and benefits, including PTO and IPERS. The role involves evaluating personal and family issues, providing individual, group, marital, and parental therapy, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, at least two years of practice experience, and a current Iowa license; LMHC or LMFT will also be considered. The job requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records and involves in-person work Monday-Friday, as needed.
