Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

Position Overview:

We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using proven methods.
• Work with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliant clinical records.
• Participate in team meetings to monitor progress.
• Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
• Ensure ethical and best practice service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical training.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
• Team-oriented, ethical, and motivated to support recovery.
