Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterology MD in Appleton, WI, with high procedural volume and flexible practice options.

Practice features include an established private group with 16 surgeons, a high-volume endoscopy program (>13,000 procedures/year), and strong APP support.

Schedule offers a four-day workweek with about three days dedicated to endoscopy and one to clinic, sharing a 1:9 call rotation.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $640,000–$660,000, with potential partnership earnings exceeding $1 million annually, plus sign-on bonuses, relocation, and comprehensive benefits.
