Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient behavioral health services in a supportive, community-focused clinic.

  • Offer assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy to diverse populations.
  • Collaborate with medical and community partners to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

    • Qualifications include current Oregon LCSW licensure or eligibility, experience in integrated or community health preferred, and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
