School Based Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA,CSW)

Job Description

Seeking fully or partially licensed school-based mental health therapists (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, or equivalent) to provide independent and collaborative patient care.

• Maintain client confidentiality and develop treatment plans.
• Encourage clients to express feelings and develop self-insight.
• Provide individual and group counseling to address dependencies, adjustment, and change.
• Manage treatment records, assessments, and reports.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community resources.
• Evaluate client progress, modify approaches, and monitor medication use.
• Supervise other counselors and staff as assigned.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with field advancements.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree and a valid KY therapy license. This full-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The role requires in-person work in Hardinsburg, KY, with shifts during daytime hours. Candidates must have or expect to obtain a KY license within three months.
