Job Description
The Crisis Clinician, Licensed, provides immediate mental health support across various settings within the service area, including in-home, community, and hospital environments.
They assess and triage individuals in crisis, ensuring compassionate, professional care, and coordinate follow-up services and referrals.
Key responsibilities include answering calls, conducting on-site evaluations, managing 911 crisis scenes, collaborating with families and agencies, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Clinicians work flexible hours, including on-call, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, primarily from offices or remotely within the service footprint.
Requirements include a master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LCSW or LPC), 2+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge of DSM-5, crisis intervention, and community resources.
They participate in team meetings, supervision, and training, adhering to policies and maintaining professional standards.
