Job Description
Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree and certification to provide primary care services.
Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic info to develop diagnoses.
Perform exams, order tests, prescribe medications, and create or update care plans.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses, refer to physicians as needed, and monitor patient progress.
Detect health changes, respond to adverse drug reactions, and ensure patient safety.
Maintain detailed records, stay current with medical literature, and collaborate with staff.
Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and prevention strategies.
Act as a resource for decision-making, planning, and policy development related to patient care.
