Job Description

Ananeo Homes is opening a second Level Two Mental Health Transitional Living Home to serve adults with mental health conditions transitioning from higher care.

Seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC or LCSW) with Colorado licensure and preferably CAS/CAC/LAC, experienced in mental health/substance use, and familiar with justice-involved populations.

Responsibilities include providing assessments, individual and group therapy (10 hours/week), collaborating with team members, documenting in Reliatrax, and supporting client stability and transition planning.

The full-time role offers a steady schedule of five 8-hour days, with some evenings, at one of the homes in Lakewood or Denver. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and more.
