*Minnesota ENT* is a well-established, physician-owned ENT practice seeking a *Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Otolaryngologist* to join our team in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time position with a clear *partnership track*, as we are looking to replace a departing partner. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

*About the Practice*

* *4-surgeon group* with a strong, collegial team culture
* *Three full-service clinic locations* equipped with modern technology and in-office procedure capabilities

* *Two experienced midlevel providers* and *four audiologists* supporting comprehensive ENT care
* Strong referral base and loyal patient population

*Call and Hospital Coverage*

* Shared *paid call schedule* covering *two local hospitals*
* Call responsibilities are *evenly distributed among physicians*

*Requirements*

* MD or DO degree
* Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
* Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
