Job Description

We are seeking licensed and non-licensed behavioral professionals to provide in-home and community counseling services across multiple counties. This flexible, fee-for-service role offers part-time and full-time hours, with pay rates up to $90/hr for licensed clinicians and competitive rates for others. Responsibilities include providing individualized therapy, skill building, behavioral interventions, and family support for children and adolescents, following personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based counseling, play therapy, and behavioral management.
  • Complete accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Create a safe, professional environment and attend staff meetings.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.

    • Requirements include strong communication skills, a bachelor’s or higher degree, and licensure for licensed positions.
