Job Description

Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes. This full-time, salaried role offers flexible weekday hours, no on-call, and no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
  • At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in wound care or related specialties
  • Board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
  • Current state license and ability to obtain DEA licensure
  • Willingness to travel locally (75%) and work in patients’ homes
