Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes. This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours, no on-call or weekend shifts, and involves local travel with reimbursed mileage. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Requirements include board certification, at least one year of clinical experience, wound care background a plus, and the ability to obtain licensure and prescriptive authority.
