Job Description
The RN Supervisor supervises the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, supporting the Director in developing and implementing nursing programs and strategies to improve services.
Responsible for daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with policies, quality standards, and safety measures. Oversees staff performance, training, and development, fostering a positive environment focused on patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Collaborates with other departments to meet organizational goals related to quality, safety, and service excellence. Monitors patient outcomes, implements care programs, and ensures consistent application of standards. Requires a BSN (preferred for Magnet facilities), RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred. The position is full-time, with work schedule TBD.
