Job Description
The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, supporting the Director in planning, evaluating, and improving nursing services.
They supervise daily nursing operations, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and monitor patient outcomes to maintain safety and quality.
Responsibilities include managing staff performance, facilitating staff development, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred for Magnet facilities), 2+ years of clinical experience, prior supervisory or leadership experience, and BLS certification. An RN license in the state or a compact license is required. The work schedule is full-time and to be determined.
