Full-Time Physical Therapist or PTA Opportunity | Texas
Join a mission-driven critical access hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to its local and surrounding communities. We are seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team and work alongside an experienced Rehab Director who has successfully led the department for more than eight years. This is an opportunity to practice in a supportive environment where compassion, trust, and clinical excellence are truly valued.
Practice Overview
- Primarily hospital-based outpatient care, with occasional Swing bed and inpatient treatments
- Diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac cases
- Average 8–10 patients per day, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs
- Includes swing bed and post-surgical priority cases as needed
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends
- Flexible hours to maintain work-life balance
- Housing available for non-local candidates
