Medical Sexual Health Provider (Part-Time) (2 yrs exp. rqd. Sexual Health, HIV/primary care)

Job Description

We are seeking a mission-driven Medical Provider (APRN, NP, MD, DO, or PA) to deliver comprehensive sexual health, HIV prevention and treatment, LGBTQ+ care (including hormone therapy), hepatitis management, and STI services in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive setting. The role involves providing direct care primarily in clinics, with occasional community outreach, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes for underserved populations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing HIV, STIs, Hepatitis C, prescribing medications, and educating patients on harm reduction and wellness.

Applicants must have an active Hawai‘i license, relevant certification, DEA registration, and at least 2 years of experience in sexual health or primary care. Preferred qualifications include experience working with LGBTQ+ and underserved communities, trauma-informed care, and knowledge of harm reduction programs.
