Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, offering competitive pay ($55-$65/hr) and benefits including health insurance.

Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions. Evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, communicate with families and team members, and document services accurately. Supervise clinical staff and contribute to interdisciplinary team activities.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients and staff, document progress, manage billing and regulatory documentation, and support professional development. Foster a positive team environment, adhere to safety practices, and participate in meetings and training.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, California license, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and ability to work safely. Requires physical ability to perform patient treatments and support activities.
