Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with families, physicians, and healthcare team members, and maintains documentation of services.

  • Conducts resident assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and obtains physician approval.
  • Performs screenings, tests, and evaluations across various functional areas.
  • Records treatment charges and discusses progress with team members.
  • Participates in discharge planning and provides staff training on restorative techniques.
  • Supervises clinical staff and assists in hiring and performance evaluations.

    • Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with preference for two years of experience. Must be able to work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts.

    Work Location: In person.
