Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team in Las Animas, CO.

  • Provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, following patient treatment plans.
  • Assist in implementing programs to enhance patient function, independence, and health.
  • Deliver therapeutic treatments and instruct patients and families on home care and adaptive equipment use.
  • Document patient progress, report observations, and support progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and treatment protocols.

    • Qualifications include a Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA and a valid Speech-Language Pathology License. Prior nursing home experience is preferred.

    The position is part-time, with pay between $55.00 and $65.00 per hour, and offers benefits such as 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance.
