Join a dedicated team providing culturally responsive mental health care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, no on-call
Patient Mix: Pediatrics 20%, Adults 70%, Geriatrics 10%
Patient Volume: Up to 5 patients daily
Cases: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma (historical/intergenerational)
Work Environment: Collaborative team including medical staff, therapists, case managers, and behavior techs
Requirements: NV licensure preferred; open to other states, BLS certification
Location: Must commute or relocate to Gardnerville, NV
Compensation: Starting at $70/hour for full-time, contract role
