Join a leading skilled nursing facility as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in residents’ lives. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $7,000 and flexible shifts: 7-3 and 3-11, with options for 8 or 12-hour shifts.

Shift differentials are available for 3-11/11-7 shifts and weekends, plus three Baylor options providing additional pay incentives for weekend coverage.

As an RN, you will

  • Supervise LPNs and Nurse Aides
  • Administer treatments and care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards
