Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Melbourne, FL, as an independent contractor. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible schedules, with work conducted in a clinic featuring sensory gyms and treatment rooms.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing treatment for children, documenting via an EMR system, and collaborating with a team of therapists. Compensation is $50/hour, with paid report writing time.

Requirements include a Master’s in Communication Disorders with CCC certification or strong SLPA experience, Florida license, minimum 2 years of experience, and expertise with oral motor, feeding, and autism spectrum disorders. Bilingual skills and Medicaid/CMS authorization are a plus. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
