Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time positions in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

  • Provide compassionate care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.
  • Ensure proper documentation, care coordination, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Offer Medical Directorship services with opportunities for additional earnings.
  • Travel between facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).
  • Qualifications include MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred experience in post-acute or hospitalist care.
