Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings; minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts.

Travel between facilities required; reliable transportation needed.

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset. Preferred experience in post-acute or hospitalist care.
