Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance. Offer Medical Directorship services, with opportunities for additional roles and bonuses. Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with minimal weekends, holidays, and no night call.
