Job Description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or Canon City, CO.

Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation, and meet quality and safety standards.

Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings through bonuses and directorships.

Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, with travel between facilities required.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary $300K-$350K, sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, relocation assistance, and more.

Qualifications: MD/DO, current Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Experience in post-acute care preferred.
