Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.
Provide comprehensive medical care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation, and meet quality and safety standards. Offer Medical Directorship services, with potential for additional earnings through performance bonuses and multiple directorships. Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, promoting work-life balance. Qualifications include MD/DO, valid Colorado license, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
