Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Provide compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Offer medical oversight, documentation, and participate in quality and care management initiatives.

Serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for additional directorships and bonuses.

Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, with travel between facilities required.

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation; experience in post-acute care preferred.
