Job Description
Seeking a full-time Physician with a $200,000-$250,000 salary, $100,000 signing bonus, and additional bonuses.
Reports to the Medical Director and supervises mid-levels, RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
Provides direct outpatient care, including exams, diagnostics, and treatments; offers dental support if applicable.
Collaborates with staff, participates in quality assurance, and ensures after-hours coverage.
Qualifications include California medical license, current CPR, ACLS, DEA, preferably BC/BE in family practice.
Post-hire requirements: maintain licenses, professional attire.
Core duties: take patient history, perform exams, order diagnostics, consult specialists, communicate effectively, supervise staff, and promote patient satisfaction.
Adheres to confidentiality, clinic policies, and promotes high-quality customer care.
Physical demands include lifting, standing, exposure to fluids/infections, and travel.
