Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner at GMHC is a full-time, exempt role working four 10-hour days, reporting to the VP of Clinical Services.

Provides patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care in compliance with clinical guidelines and policies.

Performs and interprets lab tests, develops health promotion and disease prevention plans, and manages complex cases under physician supervision.

Coordinates referrals, documents in EMR, participates in team meetings, and adheres to continuing education and confidentiality standards.

Contributes to after-hours on-call rotation, meets productivity goals, and collaborates with medical staff.

Requirements include Missouri NP licensure, 3-5 years outpatient experience, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to work in OSHA Category II environment.
