Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – Acute MedSurgical B, to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

  • Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.

  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
