Locum CRNAs needed in IN for an ongoing locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license. 

• Coverage Needed: Multiple dates, please inquire! 
• Call Required: Yes
• Cases Required: General, Urology, Ortho, Opthalmology, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, heavy OB, very few Dental and Peds Dental
• Must be Proficient in epidurals, spinals and blocks 
• EMR: EPIC
