At Family Support Center, we are more than just your typical therapy clinic. We embrace an interdisciplinary approach in order to build the most comprehensive plan of care for each client, support carryover across all therapies, and achieve the highest level of outcomes for success. Our team of behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and speech therapists place priority on naturalistic and child led sessions, patient autonomy, and client centered care. Family Support Center is currently interviewing for a passionate, collaborative and dedicated occupational therapist to join our interdisciplinary team! We serve children and adolescents ages 2-18 with a large population focusing on early intervention and school aged children. Our centers have a unique Early Explorers program that is designed specifically for kindergarten readiness, functioning just like a preschool program on a day-to-day basis. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate of an accredited college with a master’s degree majoring in Speech Therapy.
* Current Colorado State Licensure (SLP), CPR Certification, eligible for paneling with a number of private, commercial, and other third-party insurances (TriCare, Anthem, United Behavioral Health, etc) as a licensed SLP.
* Ability to pass a background check: Upon offer of employment applicant will be required to undergo a Federal / State Criminal background check per Tricare Operations Manual Chapter 4, Section 1, Paragraph 8.0.
* Physical Requirement: ability to lift/push/pull, repetitively, 45 pounds to carry, lift and/or physically prompt a client through the center (or other area of attendance) to the appropriate area throughout the work day (4-10 hours)

EXPERIENCE :

Extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred. Must possess the ability to make sound clinical decisions independently. Must be able to apply clinical judgment, ethics and accountability to formulate best practices in quality of care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, hourly

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience
